I recently visit there on this past Sunday for the first time with my friends at Domino's Pizza, Kamla Nagar outlet. I ordered the veg extravaganza large pizza but they take 20-25 min to made the pizza and after 30 min they give my order. Then I take my order to the table but the table is looking so awkward and too much dirty. There is no sweeper is there around the table and after I ask the staff for cleaning the table but they said that we don't have sweeper.
Then after I own pick up the empty box of pizza and throw it in the dustbin and cleans the table. The pizza is tasty but the customer service of the Domino's Pizza Kamla Nagar outlet is too much bad and unresponsive.
So, this my most bad experience with Domino's Pizza, Kamla Nagar outlet and want to aware you all that don't go there because they did not have good customer service as compare to the other Domino's Pizza outlets. Also they have slow order preparing service which is a most weak point of this outlet and I am very disappoint with their service.
Hope you will take a right choice about this Domino's Pizza restaurant.
