The bank has a SMS Q which is supposed to be more advanced. I was there to get a loan so selected Loan Application. After waiting for a while, I went up to ask a staff why my number is not called. She explained that loan application should be the Account Opening option and asked me to take a paper Q number and not use the SMS system. Another staff then added that Loan Application is only for Housing Loan.
