I feel this review is:
Check in Byke Nelakanth resort in Manali, temperature Today is -3?& no room heater. Members they charge INR 500/ night as utility charges and INR 350 for the extra bed even though our membership is for 2 adults and 2 children.
We are checking out within 12 hours.
