I bought a deep blue ColorPlus shirt and after the first wash, to my utter horror, parts of the shirt turned LIGHT BLUE! Yes, it lost color in patches just after one wash. After I took it to the shop (Shopper's Stop, Andheri, Mumbai), they said they'd have to send the shirt to the company and they'd get back to me. When I didn't receive a call for a month, I enquired at Shoppers' Stop and was told that the Company (ColorPlus) was refusing to take back the shirt, saying it was a ''detergent problem.'' I spoke to the ColorPlus representative in Bombay and he very curtly gave me the same reason. Thankfully, Shopper's Stop gave me a Credit Note for the amount, but I've vowed never to go close to anything which says ''Color Plus''. I think any store that cares a bit about its customers should stop stocking this brand.
