I don’t think Coke or for that matter any Soda is good. It just gives o calories and makes u fat. Coke any thing is harmful to health. It steals our calcium content in the bones
This means that the acidity is strong enough to dissolve teeth and bones!! the scientists have proved that, our teeth which is the last thing of the body which decays, but if we put our teeth in coke it gets dissolved within few months.
So don’t drink coke or other soft drinks too much. But you can drink once in a while only a little quantity not much. Instead you can go for alternatives like fresh juice, lemon soda, soups etc to lead a healthy life. Coke is just colored water with poison.
