Cleartrip_Support Cares
Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have been using Cleartrip for last 3 years but now I can see the changes which are not pleasant.
I have booked a ticket and to my surprise after debiting amount I have not received the ticket from Cleartrip. Usually, I get the tickets with in few minutes after booking. SO I called the customer care and this guy told me that I have to pay few more thousands to book it as the price has increased.
Now I don't have a choice and end up paying more than what I initially shown.
And I have checked the website like makemytrip and I bibo showing same ticket at lesser price.
He sent me a link to pay extra bucks. And feel cheated.
*So my MS friends be very careful with cleartip and its customer care services.*
