This website has improved a lot by time.infact their best fare feature is really nice one.easy to use and customer care is also okay types. I have booked airtickets on cleartrip lot of times and never faced any problem
Though My hotel booking experience was not good on cleartrip as in images they show nice rooms.but in reality only god knows what u will get.
Overall this is good website .makemytrip still leads the category
