Cleartrip_Support is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
My trip if 15060622204 was booked at 8pm on 06th june for a hotel stay in mahabaleshwar but when I turned up at the hotel they said its already sold out. When contacted cleartrip they said they will look for an alternate hotel but after 2 hours they said they cant find any leaving us helpless. The manager at 10 pm has left and we cant do anything.
The customer care asked us to take refund leaving us stranded with no alternate reservation even though they could have done it. The CC said it was sold out the minute I was booking but still later at night it was being shown on their website and many other hotels. One more reason they said we take 24 hr to confirm booking, (Then how the hell can they provide last minute deals). They left 4 of us two couples stranded in the middle of the night. And till today I am waiting to hear from them.
Why should I be only given a refund after getting harassed due to deficiency in their system?
