Yesturday a went to Charisma Beauty Spa with my younger brother. I have heard about this spa many times so I decided to go there.
Infrastructure is not well. I felt very bad about because the ac was not working. Everythig is untidy. Dirty floor. Even the mirror were not clean well.
The attitude of staff is not well also I waited ther for 15 minutes even the staff were not busy.
And last I dont think that we have to pay that amount for therr bad service.
So I am not recommanding to there.
