Hi,
I am writing the mail to express my exp of why I Canced of byjus Course. I was satisfied with Course Contents but cancel the Course only due to totally wrong commitment of the Counselor.
Counselor visit to my home and Counselor takes my 4 - 5 hours and do the false commitment by saying that he will providing the retention of the program as I was not agree to take so much costly course.
Instead of taking 4 -10 class payment he force me for the payment of 4 -12 Class so that he can easily process retention program .
I don't have so much money so I do the payment on CC.
After taking the program I start follow up the Counselor for retention At the end he stop responding on phone call and messengers by saying that I have mail to VP and approval from manager is pending and now nothing is my hand.
I am not going to expose the name of the Counselor just want to say that Counselor should commit what they can do instead of setting the wrong expectation in front of parents
This whole process loss me 5000 Rs as CC interest and don't expect this type of the pathetic Counseling from BYJUS.
