HI ALL, I have been a excel customer since one and half year, that time there was no demand for sim cards as compared to now, the rates were high, all used to say airtel gives better coverage take it, but I opted for BSNL as there was an on going war at delhi and all connections were barred from bsnl. BSNL lags only in customer care and not in service. They do not have an auxilarry transreceivers like private operaters. If one fails the tower is down they usually take three working days to repair. Appreciate for its clarity and coverage and NO HIDDEN COSTS. If ur not an bsnl subscriber try once. Hutch takes away rs 2 per day for its offer of rs 1 for mobile to mobile. They charge and deduct from your account overnight without your permission.( one of my friend suffered - he was crying!) Last word:I think bsnl would be a better owner for the hutch s pretty dog ( hutch only claims but does not have coverage )
