I've been using BSNL broadband for about a year now. I don't find its response to be as good as I expected it to be, most of the time the server is down and even when the server works fine the speed is not up to its mark it is comparatively slow to all its other competitors. each and every other ISP providers provides better Internet connection than BSNL, being the first and the only government ISP provider in India you might expect it to be a little better, and the Internet plans are not good according to their price the fair usage policy of BSNL is quite different from other service providers the f u p limit of BSNL is much less than other Internet service providers I would never recommend someone else to use BSNL broadband. if you can spend a little more money on Internet which I'm sure that you can I would suggest you to choose another Internet service provider. thank you for reading
