Bookmyshow.com is a worst and unreliable ticket or pass booking merchant on the online platform. I recently sign up as a new customer and book a movie ticket via Bookmyshow about 4-5 months ago. After 2-3 months of that booking the Bookmyshow team is discontinue my bookmyshow wallet and deactivate my account.
After I send them an e-mail to their support team and tell them about my problem and after they said that you did not made any booking yet so we discontinue your wallet and deactivate your account if you want to activate your account so sign up again on the Bookmyshow.com. After that I again sign up to the Bookmyshow.com again but I can't sign up to my account because my e-mail id id already registered to that account and also can't sign in to my account because it is deactivate.
After that problem I did not book any ticket from Bookmyshow.com website.
So, this is my worst experience with Bookmyshow.com and I want aware you all that please don't book any ticket because they are making fool to every customer. They also charge too much tax or other charges in the ticket and make that ticket expensive. Also they did not refund 100% amount of the ticket to the customer.
