I have bought a few products so far on this shopping website. But everytime I bought a product, I had to be through an ordeal. Now, I would like to share the problems I had. A few things persistently annoyed me are:
Though they had given high discounts, it eventually met a price which is higher than its original price.
To my shock, most of the products were of atrocious quality. When I had requested for the replacement, no one was responding.
COD wasn't available for the most of the products. 'Cause of which I had to drop to buy the expensive product as I was scared of giving that much money straight away.
When a product's cost was sky-high, I had to go for EMI. But, to my shock, EMI option used to be unavailable.
Customer service wasn't to the anticipation. Moreover, they quarrel with you even if something's wrong with them.
So I wouldn't like to suggest this shopping website.
