Not reliable and no work ethics. Review on Blue Dart

This review is particurarly for the Blue Dart branch Siliguri, West Bengal. I couriered important document from Delhi to my father living in Khaprail, Siliguri and the delivery was very urgent. I gave a very precise address and phone number for a smooth delivery. Siliguri branch is so irresponsible that they cared less to deliver it to my father and neither bothered to contact at his phone number and simply returned it back to me in Delhi. I contacted them immediately to which they replied very rudely that they don't deliver it to my address and said they don't call because their phone bills don't get paid. How can a courier service talk that way and still manage to run the service? Moreover you have no etiquettes to talk to your customer. You should reject before making commitment if you are incapable of your job. Siliguri Branch is seriously pathetic! If you don't understand the magnitude and the urgency of the people then you don't deserve to work in this sector.
