I had ordered on 18/3/2019 from grofers for the billing amount of 960 which I paid online, the order was delivered on 20/3/19 as I was not at home my mother recieved it and was told to pay cash for the order as it was unpaid. Now the grofers executives deny that cash was taken. There has been no response from them since yesterday. The customer support just says your issues will be sorted and our delivery executive denies taking cash and my complaint is not being addressed.
