I have a pathetic experience with BigBasket for my Order No BDVO-14952074-030916.

Even being a regular customer for last 8-9 months this was the service was awful. I tried dropping email 3 times but no follow-up was there even from the customer service. No proper timelines were given for next delivery date. Simply pathetic experience this time with BigBasket.com customer support.

Please come up with a solution for delayed orders at least.
