Hopeless service never buy it

I have wasted Rs 2000 on Big Tv ( aka Independent TV) below are few reasons which lead me to this conclusive statement:

  1. Rs 500 was the booking amount which was charged last year and after 8 months installation happened after numerous follow ups.

  2. The original booking cannot be fulfilled due to some Tom dick Harry reason and thus fresh booking by distributor lead me to pay another Rs 500 with a promise that it will be returned soon.

  3. Despite hundreds of follow ups still the money is not refunded by distributor. Like company like people working with it. Cheaters and no commitments.

  4. Everyday since last 7 days my TV shuts off for whole day stating signal lost or error 200. I have to call centre everyday to get it resolved.

Conclusion: if you hate your tata sky, Dishtv, Videocon or siti cable or den Hathway. You should now feel blessed you are not using Independent TV because this service provider was worst and still it is worst.


Learning: A) Only name change cannot guarantee company has changed


B) Another learning is never ever believe on products of Reliance ADA products. They are either excellent or worst like a night Mayer.


Last but not the least if you are also a independent TV user God bless you and may the force be with you to bear this Hopeless service provider.


Update 15th Apr 2019


I have raised a complaint against them with national consumer helpline and aside also sent a mail to the nodal officer desk and waiting for 15 days period to be over for proceeding ahead with consumer court. Because I am well aware of they are not going to improve service until and unless someone like me gives them a big jolt to them in consumer court. Will keep you all posted on further development happening on the subject. I am also raising a campaign over twitter to show them a real power of consumer. Though I am sure they don't believe in caring about customers.
