The food which is served in Balaki dhaba is cooked in an unhygenic environment. The food sometimes even served unroasted.
Not only the cooking part but also the servent or waitor who serve the food is not dressed properly. The serving of food must be improved so that people will go there for food. In my opinion the dhaba has to improve it's quality of food so as to attract people.
The customer service is very normal. The customer has to call the waitor and even after calling also the waitor does not respond properly.
The cost of food is not as per the food standard, it is more than wgat is served in the dhaba.
I think the dhaba has to improve these so that people would love to go there. This time I am giving it 2 stars but after I will see any improvement, I will surely increase it's ratings.
