The bank and services are great until unless you do not stuck in any issue.
My 8000 rupees deducted from my account I raised the complaint in Police as well as with axis bank customer care they assured me to reimburse my amount in 1 week, months went away and no one reply, they are least bother to reply on your mails, I received the call from my home branch as well where she said that your amount will refunded but everything was a hoax, when I went in social media they replied me that "we are not able to reimburse your amount" and cancelled my raised request without intimating me.
I vouch it if you face any fraud axis bank will not help you out to save your money, even your amount is not safe in axis bank
