It is situated 13 km from the Pondicherry city. There is lot of parking space inside. We have to walk around 1 km to reach the dome structure. The architecture of this place is amazing. One important thing is that if you want to enter the dome structure you have to do prior booking. We don't know about this and we were quiet disappointed since we were allowed to look this structure only from distance. You do not need to walk during your return as there are buses which will drop us in our starting point. There are many shops which sell dresses, agarbathis, soaps and khadi items. Some restaurants are also there inside.
