Though working with Atos was bad experince I still have one good incident to tell you. My manager was not approving the leaves for my sister's marriage. Since I had lot of pending leaves and backup resource for my work, one could have easily approved 1 week's leave but Manager rejected it.
I esclated to HR with no response from them(as usual, ZERO EMAIL POLICY hahahahaha). But my client came to help me when I talked him personaly on OC about my'problem'(!). I really appreciate those European people who understood the importance of that moment and cooperated me. He told manger to approve my leaves and its done. Remember if you have good relation with client, you can make it possible even if your company refusing to give you something.
