This is the worst courier service I have ever seen.They haven't delivered none of my products which I have purchased from different websites on different delivery address (these places are urban and well connected).
I have spent my hard money to purchase the product & this 3rd class courier company is trying to waste my time n money.
They are holding my courier packets for more than 2 months with them & many courier packets have been returned by them to the shipper.
Even they have updated the same comments for all the consignments (without contacting me) :
1). Consignee not available
2). Premises Locked
3). Premises Not Accessible
5). No One at Home
6). Out of Delivery Area
4). BLANK (No status)
I have sent reminders emails to the below person :
sonu.lamba@aramex.com,
manu.bhatia@aramex.com
But I think they also don't know what the meaning of customer services is.
Aramex has pathetic services in all over the area.
My personal experience is that Never Go for this Courier Service.
