First of all it's costly than others brands so Before using Glister I used to use other brand like colgate salt, colgate sensitive which doesn't improve my cleansing my teeth later I have started using glister toothpaste for 4 to 5 months but I didn't feel any change from other brand's toothpaste , its average like others
