Order status update has issues, return never happen. I compare it with flipkart and its very bad in terms of design, Tech systems. How can it be? It is internationally acclaimed for its systems. I only buy for better price, only buy items which I am sure I will not return, only buy on COD since they mess up deliveries very often. I never cancel, because once I cancelled and they forcefully delivered the cancelled item also. Return pickup was never done for few items, I kept waiting.
