I bought a screen protector from amazon.in back in 2016 with my debit. They didn't even deliver the item. But in app they were showing your item is shipped. I contact the customar care they advised me for applying for return. I did so but after a few days nothing change. I contact them they said you have to post the item back to us otherwise we won't refund your money. How can I post it when I don't even have it. They told me to contact the courier but they also didn't help me. After this I never used debit to buy from amazon. They are not trust worthy at all. I advise you all to use COD on amazon( if you have to buy from there) .
