Amazon has everything possible in whatever country you are in. Amazon prime was a very nice addition, while I wish more was available under free content I am still glad to have the earlier delivery options on certain items. But It has to agree since from months amazon taking long time to deliver and now a days the delivery boys also speaking rashly without respect.Amazon used to answer your enquiries within an hour. They also used to read what your issue was. This was around 3 years ago. Now they do not even respond to tickets. You have to continually ask them to respond and they completely ignore you. When you do get a response, it is typically ebay in its nature and does not deal with your question or issue so you have to repeatedly go back to them over the period of weeks to get them to understand and investigate. I have had numerous tickets with Amazon because of the unusual way their listing process works. I spend thousands per year as a customer of theirs using their services and they do not show any respect as a result.
