Last year I purchased and AC on amazon.in. It was newly launched kenstar AC which was available for Rs 22, 000. The specifications of the AC was quite impressive at this price range so I bought it. The delivery was supposed to take place within a week but then it got delayed. So, I called their customer service to lodge a complain. They politely took our complaint and said the problem would be resolved in 48 hours. We waited patiently but even after 48 hours nothing happened.
So we called again and then a series of calls followed. We had to keep calling each day to get the details of our delivery. They only kept saying sorry and promising us an other day. We finally had to cancel the product. But it was after cancellation that the delivery took place. In all I had to face a lot of problem to get my product. It took more than 25 days to get the delivery. SUch a service by amazon was not expected.
