Airtel network not available at anywhere but it advertised it stay free network for everyone. At my home city happens many problem for networking only in airtel. Well I'm a oldest customer of airtel but doesn't work with me. When I try to request to Customer service they says "It is a technical problem we cannot help you sir". When I try to open documentary work on online then it refers the network problem. I've been experiencing internet problem with Rs. 399 pack last month, and since then I have been very disappointed with the speed that I get on my phone. Though I use the 3G Network but even It's speed most of the times it's found to be worst than 2G Network speed. When I go out open space the net starts working normally, but as soon as I enter home the network just diminishes sometimes. One day I called up to the Airtel customer care, and examining, the customer care executive said that the network in my area is under up-gradation. Hence the last topic on It's charges and Billings it's very costly for everyone. This is not perfect for general user but better for a professional person who lived urban area not for a villager. Very costly plans are available.
