Q. What is the difference between no internet connection and Airtel connection?
A. None.
I have subscribed to Airtel's 2 GB per month GPRS plan but it's not possible to use even a tenth of that because the speed is always either non-existent or too slow to be of any use.
The only time there is usable speed is after 2:00 in the night and two days before the monthly subscription is due for renewal.
Calling and emailing customer service turned out to be just more waste of time and money.
I'm discontinuing it after this month's subscription expires. Any suggestions on GPRS alternatives? Any alternative would be better than this.
