I am using airtel postpaid connection for the past 1 year.
They always tout about there 4g coverage in advertisement but reality is different.
4g coverage is pathetic, every 200-300 meters you loose it and network switch to 3g. Infact in my home there is no 4g signal. I contacted them and I was told that after april 4g coverage will start in your area. But in reality this doesnt happen.
Other than 4g coverage speed of connection is average, sometimes you get amazing speed and other time of day you get very slow speed.
Only customer service is good with respect to other operator.
But I also liked there open network concept.
Currently I am using my family plan and I have added two child no in it. I am quite satisfied with the bill.
But they still have to improve there plans to compete other operators like jio.
