I have very bad exprience about customer service regarding airtel operator. I had taken preapaid SIM card of Airtel but my amout deducted automatically after hand set switch off . Everytime this was happen . I calked to customer service but did not give satisfied result . He told that deducted money will transfer to your account . Then money transfer after 1 day but problem did not solved . Again this was happen . The charges of this network is high compared to other network . But real good advantage of this network is Coverage is very good in rural areas . But needs to improve customer service as well as charges .
