I am a user of Airtel services for the last 2 years and appreciate its services are far better than any other competitor today. Its network is excellent. I went to its Airtel live services, which not only provide good music and videos but also helped me in doing many flight and railway reservations.
Many times, i'm not in front of my computer, but I use these services here on Airtel live and book from my cellphone only. Once I went to Simla, and my phone didn't work there, I went to the Mall, there was a small shop there with airtel board, I went to that person and he guided me how to select the network and yes, it started working immediately. I was very surprised that even the local people with small shops also were so trained that they helped me. I think I have made a good choice by selecting airtel.
