I am using Airtel dish tv from past 1 year. First shortcoming is the price. No doubt, it offers premium picture quality but the price of channel packs is on higher side. I am using Rs563 plan of airtel in which they give only approximately 20 hd channels and when the weather is not good then dish tv stop working.
Apart from this Customer care service is not good when I call to customer care then they donot solve any kind of problem easily.
