Hi Friend's I am using the Aircel network for past 5 year's and I am not happy with the network and I am gonna change my mobile operator. And there are more problem around here like the network failure.
The Network of the Aircel operator is not good and a lot of network problem, in my area there is problem that is call not connected and message not sending issue. And they still didn't launch the 4 G network.
Customer Service is just average to compare other operator's. If we complaint of something in the network on customer service and they didn't response properly.
Charge's and Billing are normal in the Aircel mobile operator, and there are not so much good plan's on this and no exiting offer's on the operator.
