We are on Gujarat tour and this is one of the worst travel agency I have travelled so far. below are the points where we have been cheated.
1) food was not all that great as expected. it was not on time
they did not considered people who have diabetes and BP problem.
2) we met with an accident on the way to dwarka and we all stayed in police station for about half a day and there was no arrangements made for kids and senior members
3) rooms provided to us had bed bugs. it was not hygiene
4) they served poori for dinner and the cook was calculating poori and serving us.
5) water bottle provided was unsealed
6) we had to walk a lot to reach temple and guide mr. yogesh advised us to hire a auto and we had to repeat this 3 times and auto cost per person is 120 to 150 rupees.
7) all the people in the group fell ill. there was no medical assistance.
8) no entertainment in the bus
9) lot of hidden cost, I have many more to say. please don't go through this agency.
