I am using ACT Broadband from more than 2 years and I am satisfied with it. The Plans that provided by ACT is also satisfied.
The internet speed is based on the plan we choose there is plenty option in it we can choose as we need. The ACT Broadband get updated and provide more speed than previous plan with same amount. The new plan and speed is better than initial plan.
My friends get some connection disconnect problem but for me I never face any connection problem till now. They use quality fiber wires for connection which is not get damage easily.
Customer care service is not so good they not provide the information correctly. Customer service is little late but overall service is satisfactory.
