The idea of the app or website is to sell used unboxed or refurbished devices at affordable cost.
The app has variety of phone , laptops and other electronic items listed. And a tag is labelled with product describing its used condition
They are like new very good and good
Depending on poduct usage and scratches or dents.
Now is it really affordable to buy refurbished phone
Let's look into it
The phone listed in the app is quite old and the prices are also not very much decremented
Even on old product the price is decrement on other shopping websites
So its not worth it spend a 1000 or 2000 extra and get a brand new product
Even sometimes the refurbished products are at higher cost than on new selling product website. So its not really worth it.
Even at the same price new phone has came into market which offer more decent specifications, more beautiful design, camera clarity and other things.
And also you will get another box with local charger ans with same used batteries.
So its a fraud I guess selling refurbished products in the name of affordable which it is not at the same time.
The customer support is good being a Flipkart company
But there is no guarantee on the product reliability.
Return and refund are also not fair enough
Although delivery is good
And for expensive phone you might something get affordable cost,
So depends on you
I prefer using brand-new products
And recycling them after their lifecycle ends
