I've raised consumer complaint, and written complaint mail to hdfc. Received an as usual will treat at high priority etc.. nothing is going to happen, me too will forget about this in few days.

I've now over 17000 with this bike now. I go to service centre with zero problems for general service and they return it with so many complaints. Honda Serivce is 0 out of 100. If i tell a problem they wont admit they feel such problem. Some times they say it can be fixed and they return saying f...ixed, and nothing changed. They give me a bill and says fixed. No feedback, if i ask what the status, then I've to wait so long for their service men to get free and give feedback. Now i rely of some local service guys they are reliable than them. I went 3 honda services centres in kerala with conset issue, they cant even find it. A 17-18 year old boy at a local service centre found the issue in a minute. which cant even feel by a 14 year experienced man at honda service centre kochi. I went to honda service centre in condition i cant run it above 20kmph, and they return it saying we are not feeling the issue you are saying. Only thing perfectly done by honda service centre i can remember is they fixed my number plate which is loose. One time these stupid fellows didnt tight something in handle bar. I repeatedly complained to get this fixed. What worst is there is no other centre left near my area so I've no other option and next time i've to give them again. Seat is the only thing I hate now in this bike. Causing some blood circulation issue while long ride over 100km, for pillion i think its good.Read More

Ya me too. they are deffinitely forcing, They didnt give free service for my 3rd. I've n't rode much after 2nd so I thought ride a little more and I was a little late for 3rd. They said honda wont accept coupon after the exact service time. :-P

never had a very long drive. longest drive is about 150km (including return), I caught neck pain due to a little heavy helmet. but no back pain. I'm satisfied with the suspension. Test drive yourself before buying.
