Yes. The amount of Rs. 211/- has been refunded to my Credit Card Account. I only hope that the voucher code is also valid, since the order did not go through.

I had bought two products from www.yepme.com, of which, I returned one that was worth Rs. 649/-. The product viz., 'Yepme Kelvin Black Chinos -Wrinkle Free' pertaining to order #: 6139122 and corresponding complaint #: 627351 was sent through speed post with Tracking #: EM829895695IN from Dahisar, M...umbai on 03-Apr-14, and as per the postal department website www.indiapost.gov.in, it was received at www.yepme.com’s warehouse on 05-Apr-14. As per www.yepme.com’s refund policy, I should have received the refund in 10 days from the receipt of the product at their warehouse, subject to quality check, i.e., by 14-Apr-14, in this case. They sent a coupon on 19-Apr-14 for Rs. 150/- to reimburse the postal charge, which implies that the product has also passed the quality check. I wrote to them to know the status of my refund on several dates viz., 08-Apr-14, 14-Apr-14, 30-Apr-14, and 03-May-14, however, they arbitrarily closed the case on 17-Apr-14, and are no longer responding to my emails. I understand that the amount involved is not significant; however it is hard-earned. Further, www.yepme.com would have wrongfully pocketed such small amounts from millions of customers to make a big profit.
I made a big mistake of disregarding all the negative reviews posted against www.yepme.com, and went ahead and placed order with them. However, now having burnt my own fingers, I appeal to all to not to buy any product from www.yepme.com.Read More
