Hitachi refrigerators are good but the maker uses the worst quality of wires which rots pretty fast and spoils the printed circuit board frequently. Be prepared to pay about 20, 000 Rupees every year.

Purchased in 2023 and now:
  • replaced gas
  • mother board has conked
  • compressor has stopped working
Service guys give any illogical theories for issues!! Will never recommend Hitachi refrigerators.

The product is good but their after sales service in Pune is worst ever. Their service managers work from home and dont bother to answer customer calls as they seem too busy with their families.If you call them more than once then they give you a war
