High cost, Poor Performance, Poor Service. Review on Hitachi 565 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Refrigerator

I am using Hitachi double door refrigerator 565 Liters since last around 6 years. It has 10 years compressor warranty, but other only for 1 year. I read some review mentioning that it's having high cooling capacity & many times once can see fumes inside freezer. I thought its ok. But after 5 years, we found that it's both doors gasket is shrieked(due to high cooling capacity) & both doors hinged got damaged due to usage. Due to same cooling reduced & we can find lot of water inside & outside refrigerator.

We called Hitachi Technician & he mentioned same issue but mention that it's normal wear & tear. Now need approx. INR 50, 000 to fix these issues. Once I said that I am ready to pay, they don't have spare parts, waiting last 2 weeks. So I would say poor product & poor service.
