I understand that there might be delays in delivery and all, but please don't give false promises to the customers that you'll get the product in 3 working days, or the product is on its way when it has NOT even been shipped from your side, etc , etc. Actually if you sincerely tell the customer that... there is a delay because of this reason, anyone would understand (though, only if it is not the same story every time). And please DO NOT flash wrong delivery estimates on your website, when you know that your service is NOT GOOD. Publicize only what you are able to deliver. Otherwise, you'll keep getting hate calls from your customers. Now, all's up to you!Read More
