They have responded after nearly a year and two months. Too little too late. As mentioned in the post after years of using Eureka Forbes and seeing their consistently degrading quality we've moved onto superior brands such as Kent and Dyson. Hi, if you would have just read my post you have noticed this complaint no... 87091771. Please do not attempt to repair it as your repair attempts have failed and only resulted in waste of time. Replace with a new system. That is the only solution.

Grossly Inadequate response The issue unfortunately is not resolved. Instead of replacing the unit, they just replaced the outer cover and the circuit board. The ants still get in, and now the front panel leds also dont function. Absolutely pathetic service.

Inadequate response Dear Mr. Singh, Your technicians came and replaced the outer body and the pcb today ... Last week my mother was informed that a NEW unit would be installed. Then why replace parts now? The parts should have been replaced 8 months back when the complaint was initially lodged.... 8 months for this solution? Unacceptable. I demand a brand new unit. I guess in your industry its ok to mislead and provide rectification, after 30 odd calls / emails and hours of my time, 8 months from the date of original complaint. If the same attitude were prevalent in my industry, the airline industry, I shudder to think what would happen. Your reply to my message will govern my further course of action. Good day to you.
