The Doctor who visited the patient in home and checked her found suffering acute asthmatic bronchitis, measured BP 140/80, body temp slightly high, O2 in her body could not be recorded. As such the doctor prescribed her to admit in a hospital urgently for inhalation of O2 (Oxygen), Nebulization, ...Suction etc. The doctor said that she needs to stay in the hospital for two-three days to get fit. Therefore, as per prescription of the home physician, we have taken my mother to said hospital for said treatment. However, the junior doctor in the, so called, emergency unit of the hospital did not care to see the prescription of the said doctor who advised her to admit in the hospital, rather the junior doctor recommended us to admit her in the ICCU room accordingly prescribed her to admit in the ICCU room. This was ICCU room where my mother was wrongfully admitted by self interested recommendation of said junior doctor who obviously did so under the instruction of his controller and that action, instead of making my mother better, rather worsen her condition as she was put to the contraction of bacterial infection of Pneumonia leading cause of her death, even the nurse nursing her on her death bed expedited her death as she inserted the suction tube so hard in her lungs that she immediately shaken and blood came out of her lungs through the suction tube, obviously her lung was punctured, and she died in pain within an hour or so. Her death certificate issued by the hospital reads primary cause of her death Sepsis Type II failure, secondary cause LRTI. Lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI), while often used as a synonym for pneumonia, can also be applied to other types of infection including lung abscess and acute bronchitis. Central air conditioners create condensation on the cooling coils and in drain pans that can grow micro organisms and mold, these are spread throughout the home by the central air conditioning ventilation system. Even if it was reported (probably being a much conscious Card User and raised the issue almost as soon as it happened even before the statement generation) to your bank by various reasonable means, including using verified Internet banking (refer Case: 5079039 ) and also verified phone banking but y...ou are ignoring these facts and unnecessarily putting this customer to send fax to an unknown office located in a different state and jurisdiction, when you know very well that a police complaint has been filed before a local police station and the jurisdiction question is applicable locally. The fraudulent merchant in question too from the same city (according to the statement.) Another reason 'agony' is that the concerned Credit Card usage is in such a state that if any retail purchase(intentionally the user can not do it) happens to it then the Card User would be put into extra financial liability and the entire usage plan of the card user would crash. - ????????? ??? ?????. GROUNDS ON WHICH I AM CHARGING YOUR BANK FOR DEFICIENCY The reason of my distrust in your bank has been fuelled by the following reasons: Since a Credit Card Transaction iS a financial matter, hence a very serious matter, so your bank (HSBC but not any irrelevant member bank) must have debited... the amount from the concerned credit card, only after verifying the charge slip in question if it was really signed by the USER or not, but in no way your bank can hold HIM responsible for the sake of a member bank while the card agreement is between me and your bank (HSBC). The Credit Card Concerned is in HIS possession and locked in a safe place, since more than one month and much before the concerned transactions So swiping the card is not possible but it is not understood how it can be swiped by a merchant when it is in locked Almira at the time of swiping! So there is definitely a loophole ignored or intentionally created by you bank so that a Credit Card user can be put in to jeopardy by resting the onus on him to prove that he is not guilty. It is doubted that if you bank has taken a grave action against a fraudulent merchant till date! So let this user to take legal action against your bank (Considering Card Agreement) so that you compel yourself to perform your own duty by adequately punish a fraudulent merchant by bringing him to Justice. As soon as the transaction happened in the credit card account, your bank must have reflected the same in the online statement (in the form of transactions) so as to increase the possibility of taking preventive measure before the merchant can present/debit a fraudulent charge but you have only reflected the concerned charged after the real debit has taken place and by doing so you have make the Card Users vulnerable to fraudulent merchants also putting a card holder in jeopardy, causing mental agony and of course by resting the onus on to him to prove that he is innocent. Even if it was reported (probably being a much consRead More

True, one needs to bear this if he/she ever held a HSBC Card, but unfortunately very less people have enough strength and practice to treat them with 'tit for tat' attitude. Its indeed worring that many suffers mental agony for such mistreatment by Credit Card issuing banks.
