Further to the story... I lodged complaint on the TATA Motors website... after about a week recd a call from Bareilly Car Scanners that the Tata Motors had approved the replacement of horns under warranty. Got the horns replaced with new ones... now it is working fine.. However, the rest of the still remain unresolved... specially the extended warranty coverage.. and the issue related to use of own engine oil purchased from the market as per prescribed specifications... let us see what happens next... will cross the bridge when it comes..Read More

I am also facing the same problems, Even under warranty, Tatas are not responding... trying to squeeze out customers by charging exorbitantly on consumables in the name of warranty ... do not replace the faulty/defective spares in one go... force repeat visits... try to circumvent warranty claims on... some or the other pretext.... really really pathetic experience with Tatas... koi sunwai nahi hai bhai... phone /customer care also hardly address your problems... try to make a call... use any Tata car number in your vicinity.. tell some problem and test their response...
