issue is still not resolved. They are still investigating the issue and have requested more time. Facts thats already laid before them is not enough? i have shared the video and photo and it should be an open and shut case. Hi, Customer care doesn't work on weekends, so had to wait for monday. Called customer care number for tolexo and the support executive(Nisha) was very nice. She understood the issue quickly and promised help. i'm told to send the picture of the package sent to my by tolexo in next 24 ...- 48 hours. i will do the same and see what they will do to address my issue. regards, Rathish.KRead More

Received a call from snapdeal team and they assured me that i will get a refund for the amount with in 48 hours from the time they receive the courier back from me. The courier picked up the product on 1st february, they forgot about the order cancellation which require them to refund the amount ...and instead went ahead with a order replacement request which mentions that i will get the replacement product between 6th to 10th feb. called snapdeal customer care again and requested them for refund. they said that they are working on it.Read More
