The work environment is good at Zycus simply because of the fact that the people are wonderful here.
The biggest problem with Zycus is the SMT department & the "HOD". I have known some seriously great talent leave Zycus coz of HOD and his maniacs. He has a big EGO and prefers ppl who treat him like god. The "HOD" is like a GOD. Whatever he says is the final verdict. He has a sarcastic tone and he does keep grudges. So, if he has a thing against you, then you are SO going down.
Most of the employees are irritated with him. No wonder the attrition rate is so high.
The scenario here is basically of a dictator a.k.a HOD with a whip standing over you while you slog 9 hours a day minimum.
