This was the worst online shopping ever! I had ordered 3 t-shirts on 15th Feb and I have'nt received it yet(as on 27th Feb). which online portal takes that many days to deliver a product in a tier 1 city like Mumbai!
Even after calling and emailing them several times there is no end to this problem! Incidents like this makes me opt for cash on delivery! And trust me, their customer care service is really damaged. They don't take your calls and then ask you to record the message after the beep. And the funny thing is , they never call you back.
Zovi.com, please learn something from flipkart, myntra, jabong etc.
