Usually I don't bash on sites which offer me a smooth, hassle free return/refund procedure even if I do not like their products because it goes to show that they are NOT cheats & are a genuine company.
Similarly, Zovi refunded my money against a sweatshirt I ordered. But I'm writing this review because I asked for a refund due to the sweatshirt being defective.
It was stitched outwards & when I mailed customer care & sent the pictures, the executive ridiculed me & told me that this was their "style" as if I've never seen a sweatshirt before.
It was wrongly stitched outwards & he was arguing with me about the make & style of it even though on the website the product looked absolutely different.
The quality is questionable. Buy at your own risk.
